African American History Bowl
Academic Bowl Hosted by UC Riverside and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. – Pi Rho Chapter, allows high school students to test their knowledge of Black History in a Jeopardy style bowl for prizes.
Career Day
Professionals will speak about their educational background, training for their career/occupation, and the nature of their work with the goal of encouraging the high school students to pursue academic excellence through higher education.
Fatherhood Initiative
Opportunity for fathers and families to fellowship and engage in outdoor activities, a true celebration of fatherhood.
Health Initiative
Annual community programs to promote & engage in healthy living and lifestyle change, along with some free medical testing.
Memorial Service
An annual service where we honor our Omega brothers who have passed away.
Pancake Breakfast (Fundraiser only)
This is a buffet style meal and fellowship with the men of Omega with the proceeds from this event going to our scholarship fund.
Purple & Gold Ball
An annual Black-Tie event where Pi Rho Chapter and GLG Association, Inc. honor HERO’s in our community. This an opportunity to celebrate and network with the Inland Empire’s top business, community, and educational leaders.
Street Cleanup
Pi Rho Chapter also participates in the cleaning of chapter sponsored and adopted streets of Riverside.
Sundresses & Linen
This great event features dancing, live music, raffle prizes, and more! Profit proceeds from this event goes to our scholarship fund. We also provide voter registration at this event.
Talent Hunt
High School Students. Showcase your singing, poetry, and other talents at our annual Talent Hunt. This American Idol style event features singing, dancing, the arts, poetry, and more!
Youth Leadership Conference
The Youth Leadership Conference is an event where the brothers of Pi Rho and other professionals engage students on future careers.
